Wizkid has been named the Best African Act at the MTV Europe Music Awards 2016.
MTV Base announced the news on Twitter via @MTVBaseAfrica. The announcement came a few hours ahead of the ceremony holding tonight at the Ahoy Stadium, Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Runners up for Best African Act were Alikiba, Black Coffee, Olamide and Cassper Nyovest.
